Work

I work at ICEM CFD Engineering, a software company in Berkeley, CA. We develop software for pre- and post-processing engineering simulations in fields like computational fluid dynamics and structural mechanics.

Here is a simple explanation (I hope) of what I do at work.

I do primarily front-end and user interface development. Major current projects include Icepak and the GUIs for the ICEM CFD modules. These are done in a combination of C++ and Tcl/Tk, which is in my opinion a very good way to implement portable interactive applications.
